Need to Return a product or Cancel your order?

To return a product to SpudGunExtreme, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at nick@spudgunextreme.com.   NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item description
- Nature of the problem

In general, SpudGunExtreme accepts returns on merchandise within 14 days of receiving your items. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, or cancellations. All items are tracked to ensure quality of service.

Each item being returned should be in the original condition in which you received it in. Any items returned which appear to have been modified or damaged in any way, unless notified of the damage immediately upon receiving your shipment through our contact department, will not be refunded, and the item returned to sender.

SpudGunExtreme reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 14 days from your items. If the product is accepted after 14 days, credit will be issued toward future sales only.

There are no refunds on electronic documentation or electronic files.

·         ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to SpudGunExtreme on returned items, and SpudGunExtreme will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back to you.

Returns within 14 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement, refund or credit at SpudGunExtreme discretion. If a refund is issued, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
