There are basically two styles of spud guns: combustion spud gun which use some form of propellant that is ignited with a spark and pneumatic cannon which use some form of compressed gas or air as the driving force.

"My name is Mitchell Leggett and my company is Barker Honda Brookhaven which is a car dealership. I got my Spud Gun Extreme about 3 weeks ago and let me tell you it is a GREAT product. Nick was a great guy to talk to on the phone and the gun turned out to be more than what I expected. I have taken it to local football games and shot t-shirts to fans and it turns heads.
